My sister is one of my favourite people. She’s fun, vibrant and full of laughter! I love spending all my spare time with her although she does find it quite difficult with her three children. I know I’ve been going on and on about how we should all be taking advantage of this beautiful weather that we’re having so I decided that it was time to take my own advice! That’s why I’ve decided to take my big sis out for a weekend of summer fun so she can have some time to herself (with her favourite sibling!) away from the demands of the kids and the stresses of family life
Also, any opportunity to have fun in the sun is a good opportunity in my books.
I have two great ideas planned for our day of summer fun and we’re going to start off with an hour-long, ultra luxurious sunseeker powerboat cruise. I’ve done this one before and I firmly believe that everyone should have the opportunity to experience it! It’s really quite something: you get a private mini-tour of the boat and then you settle in above deck for an amazing cruise. The speed and power of this boat will really astound you!!
The second thing I’ve got planned is a helicopter tour of the Cotswold. This is something I’ve always wanted to do and I can tell you now that I’m sure my sister will love it as well! You get to go on a fab tour of the Cotswolds (which I hear is spectacular!!) and over the Forest of Dean. There’s nothing quite like being able to enjoy aerial views of some of Mother Nature’s finest work … and what better way to try this from the the comfort of a luxury chopper? Yes please! I took my mum on a helicopter tour fairly recently and I’ve got to say – it’s one of those things you just can’t get enough of! It’s just such a thrill to soar over the world like you’re on Cloud 9!
This is going to be so much fun! Although I do have a sneaking suspicion that this day is going to be more about me than about my big sis
