And best of all my new Thai Green Curry recipe is a hit at all of our dinner parties! This is a must do this Easter.

First off we’re going to book ourselves into a recording studio so that we can warble our way through our own ‘hit song’. We’ve all been practising hitting the right notes and achieving gold star status with top hits from the 80s! We’re going to have the bride sing ‘I will Survive’ solo… can’t wait to play that back to her every year on her anniversary

Second up we have  a group dance lesson where we’ll all be able to break out the moves and practice our Thriller renditions so that we’re ready to take on the wedding reception party!! Here’s a couple practising the moves from Fame:

I’ve been running through my list of ‘Easter gifts to buy’ and I’m only down to two or three more – my sister, my aunt and my nephew. They are the three most difficult people to buy for! Let’s tackle my sister first. I really do need to come up with something fabulous for her!
