Yes I agree, our health is of the utmost importance! And it’s good that you mention this at Easter too – everyone is going to be tripping over each other to find the perfect Easter eggs when they could be treating each other with healthy activities that are fun too! Here are some of my favourite classes that you might share with a loved one for the perfect Easter gift that is pro healthy living:

Keith Burke’s MARKET FRESH cookery course is a fabulous introduction to healthy eating. You are guided around one of London’s finest fresh produce market to purchase lovely fresh ingredients before heading on to Keith Burke’s (Michelin Star Chef!) kitchen to learn how to prepare them. This is a great cooking course for couples – - I hear that it is heaps of fun!

Another cooking course you might consider is the quick and easy “cook, eat and run” course which is taking the nation by storm. This incredibly popular course is ideal for those of you who don’t have much time to spend enjoying the culinary arts but would like to give it a go anyway… you learn quick and easy recipes that you can cook up in half an hour, and then you sit down with your classmates and enjoy your cooked meal together afterwards. And finally, my personal favourite is the THAI COOKERY course, also hosted by Keith Burke. If you love Thai food (and I DO!) then you’ll love this course! Keith is friendly and encouraging, the kitchen facilities are superb and the people are all so nice! I had a brilliant time there, I can’t wait to go back! And best of all my new Thai Green Curry recipe is a hit at all of our dinner parties! This is a must do this Easter.

I’ve recently had to come up with a ‘gift experience’ for some of our clients. My boss was quite specific – it had to be something fun, something outdoors and ‘for the girls’, and something enjoyable that I could take her to. It took me hours of research and quite a few phonecalls to track down something that would be appropriate – and that got me to thinking: I should definitely post my findings on this blog! If I can save you even half of the time it took me to hunt these gift ideas down then it’ll be my good deed for the day.

So. The most important thing in the spec that my boss provided me with was that I was going to be the lucky gal who got to take our clients out. I was so excited and I was determined to make sure that this was one summer day that we were all going to enjoy! I’ve been to too many client functions at fuddy duddy restaurants and at awful theatre productions – I wanted to give them the best experience so I knew that I had to choose something I’d want to do to make it a success.

Here were my two final choices:

(1) My first choice was a white water rafting adventure where we’d be able to take on the ‘high seas’ of the white water rapids and get a bit wet! Can you image 6 girls in a boat trying to make it down the rapids? I knew this one would be heaps of fun and that we’d all have a blast.

(2) My second choice would be to take us all to a fabulous cocktails and cupcakes class where we’d get to indulge in two of the finest treats – yum! I know that a lot of the girls I’d be taking out are quite big on cooking so I thought it might be fun to take a course like this as a big group.

Can you guess which one I went for?

It was a really tough decision but after much deliberation, I decided to go for the white water rafting! AND it was aamaazing! We had such a fab time, I’m so glad that I made the right choice. The girls loved it and we all had a blast.

Quite a lot of companies treat their most valued clients on their birthdays and we have already covered a few ideas for male clients so I thought it was high-time that we got together and discussed top ideas for female clients!

This is an excellent question! And I have just the answer for you.

What about a helicopter tour of the city of London? It combines traditional sight-seeing tours that are a must for all visitors to our beautiful city with a taste of luxury that your client will really appreciate. It also communicates a really nice message – that you’re willing to take on the skies to make sure that she has a good time and that she’s happy with your work. The pilot will give a running commentary so that you can just sit back and enjoy the sights while your client has the time of her life! It’s a unique way to spoil someone to great views and an excellent day out.

This is the best way to see the city without fussing about long queues. And you’re guaranteed to get the best seats in the house because only five spectators go up together at once, creating an elite and desirable sight-seeing atmosphere in the best conditions.
